Terms of Service
1. Services and Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days and subject to site conditions. Unforeseen issues may require change orders.
2. Scheduling and Access
You authorize safe access to the workspace and confirm water and power are available.
3. Payment and Invoices
Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late fees may apply.
4. Warranty
Workmanship warranty applies as stated on the invoice; manufacturer warranties apply to parts.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice changes may incur a call-out fee.
6. Liability and Damage
We are not liable for pre-existing issues or hidden defects. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
7. Permits and Compliance
Permits may be required depending on the job. Unless specified, the owner is responsible for permits and inspections.
8. Health, Safety, and Environment
We follow safety standards and may refuse unsafe work conditions. Hazardous materials handling may require extra steps and fees.
9. Privacy and Data
We collect only necessary contact and service information and handle it according to Canadian privacy laws.
10. Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province where services are provided. Disputes should be addressed in local courts.
We’ll give you a clear price based on what we see. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll discuss costs first.
Please make sure we can access the work area safely with water and power available.
You pay when the work is done unless we’ve agreed on something different.
We stand behind our work for the stated period. Parts have their own manufacturer warranties.
Give us at least a day’s notice to change or cancel. Last-minute changes may include a small fee for time and travel.
We’re responsible for our work, not for old problems we uncover. If we make a mistake, we’ll make it right up to the job’s cost.
Some jobs need permits or inspections. Unless we agree otherwise, you handle permits and we’ll coordinate work accordingly.
We work safely and won’t proceed if conditions are unsafe. Handling hazards takes extra care, time, and sometimes extra cost.
We only use your information to schedule and complete service, invoice you, and provide support — and we keep it secure.
Local law applies. If there’s a dispute, we’ll try to resolve it fairly. If needed, we’ll use local courts where the work was done.
